Sales Manager For Product Development

Product EVO is looking for an Experienced Sales Manager to join our team

Responsibilities

 

What Your Day Looks Like

The Sales Manager should love working with entrepreneurs, designers, and product teams to help them start the journey of bringing their new product to market. They will build and strengthen relationships with Product Design Agencies to increase referrals. They will work with inbound leads to see if they are a right fit for our company and recommend the best services for them. They’ll work with our Clients, Factories, and Product Managers to quote development and manufacturing costs for new products. 

 

The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex deals from start to close and maintain the sales process of several products at once.  You will need strong organizational and interpersonal skills to excel in this role as well as a highly motivated, do-it-yourself individual who thrives while working on challenging projects.

 

Qualifications
  • Ability to manage complex deals from inception to close

  • Proven track record of quota achievement

  • Ability to hit both company and client deadlines

  • Experience in fast-paced and high growth companies

  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment

  • An excellent sense of consultative sales fundamentals, business, and sales awareness

  • Ask questions to clarify specific details and make sure everyone is on the same page

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience

Who We Are

Product EVO is a product development company based in St. George, UT, right outside of Zion National park. We work behind the scenes for many growing consumer product brands from around the country to help them develop and manufacture their products. We develop and manufacture products like backpacks, multi-tools, water filtration systems, roof racks, and housewares.

 

Salary and Position Details

This is an in-house position and candidates must be willing to commute to the St. George, UT office on a daily basis. Direct applicants only. This position has a base of $60k per year and a total compensation of $60 - $110k with commissions. We provide basic healthcare benefits, 14 paid days off per year, and paid holidays (10 per year). Some evening/night hours will be required due to the nature of working internationally. This position is at-will employment.
